Carousels

A2Z carousels are designed as per customers specific process needs. These carousels are integrated with various dispensing systems such as Polyurethane, PVC, Plastisol etc. They are available with different forms of heating based on process requirement.

Carousel top plates are pneumatically operated and adjustable
Plates are mounted on the motorized turn table which can operate at variable speed.
Filter elements is loaded the carrier rotates and the pneumatic cylinder clamps the filter element.
Carrier works on “START- STOP “ system
Control system of carousel can work on both auto and manual mode.
Carousel consists of heating and cooling zones as required.
Filter elements can be loaded and unloaded automatically.
Carousel shape/station can be designed as per requirement/space/layout
