Designed for undertaking slitting of large size filter paper reels up to a maximum width of 2.5 mtr
Convenient for those manufacturers who often have to procure their filter paper in large width Jumbo reels.
Avoids wastage and helps optimize stock levels as paper is slit to specific sizes just prior to production and the pleating process as per customer’s specific production program.

Duplex Slitter Rewinder

There is one Unwind Station and Two Rewind Station
Centre and surface rewind system to rewind the substrate. The rewinding rolls are driven from their axis through mechanical clutch, as well from their periphery through driven surface drum.
Separating the rolls is easier.
Diameter has to be up to 800mm
Suitable for Filter paper, Synthetic media, Glass Wet laid, Melt Blown media and light wire mesh media
Minimum slit width of rewind roll: 80 mm
Core diameter:70/75/125/150 mm
Pneumatic type core holding shaft
Rewind station driven with clutch
Rewind tension control by slippage clutch
Speed-variable up to 100 meters/minute
