Filter Banding Machine

Filter Banding machine has been designed to apply the strap with hot melt on outer diameter of filter.

Machine can handle cylindrical & oval shape filters sizes up to 1500 mm length and 600 mm diameter.
Strap pitch (distance between two straps) number of straps, strap overlap & hot melt quantity can be controlled from HMI.
Operator is required to load and unload the filter from machine, rest operations like pulling the strap from a roll, measuring the required length of strap, hot melt application, strap cutting & banding of strap over filter is done automatically.
