Thread Banding Machine

Thread Banding machine has been designed to apply the polyamide string or yarn thread on outer diameter of cylindrical filters to give stability to pleat. In case of polyamide strings, it is heated with infrared heating system. And in case of yarn thread, thread is coated with hotmelt for adhesion of string/thread over filter pleats.
