A2Z's Ribbon Space Blade Pleating Machine

Designed for manufacture of Air Filters for high temperature applications.

Here spacing is required to be done with 3 mm wide ribbon made of high temperature material such as Glass Fiber media. The mother roll of the Glass Fiber is slit inline and applied on the high temperature filter media to create even spacing and reduce pressure drop.

Pleat Depth range up to 150mm.
