A2z mini pleat Blade & Rotary pleating lines offer state of the art hot melt application process which allows application of hot melt with continuous, intermittent & spot beading for various panel, cylindrical & conical filter applications.
Models are available with working width range from 12” TO 60”.
The machine’s unique flexible design helps filter manufacturers to widen their product range and meet the market’s ever-changing needs.

A2Z’s Intelligent Servo driven blade pleater along with the Mini pleat production modules, allows the user to work with a variety of media including glass fiber as well as synthetic, with change overs for pleat depth/pleat pitch, and hotmelt patterns on the fly.
The Operator can save and access up to 2500 recipes thus allowing multiple combinations/part numbers to be produced.
Pleat depth range from 7mm to 300mm (0.27” to 12”)
