Gasket Feeder

A2Z Gasket Feeder Machine is suitable for filter diameter 75mm to 150mm and 125mm to 310mm length. The feeding gasket diameter ranges from 70mm to 115mm
This is an electro pneumatically operated system
The gasket and the filter enter the machine automatically. The gasket is inserted squarely into the gasket groove located at the top plate end of the filter. After the gasket is successfully inserted then the finished filter exits the machine through another conveyor.
The machine is designed to allow online inspection of the product and its quality.
