Hotmelt /Epoxy Seam Seal Equipment

A2Z filtrations Epoxy seam seal equipment.

Designed to join the pleated pack ends by hotmelt glue or epoxy.
Joins the pleated ends of filter from 100mm to 700mm length and of 10mm to 50mm pleat depth pleated pack
Options are available for manual or auto feeding
After feeding the pleated pack indexer table rotates and hotmelt is applied on pleated pack by the hotmelt gun
Pleated pack ends are clamped and the ejector discharges the pleated pack on a conveyor.
