Performed Support Tubes

These can be supplied in any size and perforated configuration in steel, aluminium, brass and in stainless steel.
In aluminium, perforation down to 0.3mm diameter can be undertaken.
Normal filter application perforation ranges from 3mm to 6mm diameter in triangular pitch patterns.
Material thickness for high pressure and hydraulic applications can be supplied up to 3.5mm thickness. Special tooling can also be undertaken.

COMPONENTS

A2Z manufacturers a large variety of end caps, components and parts to suit all types of filters in sheet metal duly pressed, cast, machined and also in plastic material. Perforated sections in CRCA, stainless steel, including brass retainers to provide comprehension integrated support to filter suitable for dust collection bags/filters. For liquid filtration A2Z provides deep drawn bowls, cover assemblies, springs and various rubber components like check valves, ‘O’ rings, gaskets for air, liquid and other process filters.
