Designed to undertake pleating of cellulose filter paper and polyester media
Supplied with unwinding system, splicing system, pre heating system, pleat counting & marking system, indenting system, gathering system, pitching screw system and discharge conveyor
Its control system is programmable through logic controller (PLC)
Machine working speed, pre heating temperature, pleat counting, hot melt glue quantity & conveyor speed are controlled through PLC
Pre heater lifting/ lowering & pleat marking are controlled pneumatically
